Set in Nairobi, ‘Thief’ follows the compelling journey of Oliver (Lucarelli Onyango) - a reformed ex-thief faced with the impossible task of saving his critically ill son. When an unexpected opportunity arises to secure his son's future, via a wealthy benefactor - Edward (Neville Misati), through a daring heist of Donna's (Helen Keli) fortune, Oliver finds himself torn between desperation and morality.
After the Screening, Film Critic and Host of the Talk Film To Me podcast – Nkatha, shall Moderate a Panel Discussion with the Cast and Crew, including Andrew Odera (Writer, Director & Editor), Kiwo Maole (Lighting & Director), Lucarelli Onyango (Lead Actor), Neville Misati (Supporting Actor), Helen Keli (Lead Actress) and Julie Brenda (Supporting Actress).
